He has developed most of his professional career as Human Resources and Corporate Services Director in different industries: RED ELÉCTRICA DE ESPAÑA (Energy), ONO (Telecoms), GRUPO ZETA (Media), GRUPO EULEN (Services) and GRUPO CAJAS RURALES (Banking).

Expert in human resources transformation and staff restructuring processes as well as in labor negotiation, both collective and individual. He has ample experience in the definition and implementation of Human Resources strategies and policies, as well as in people management and development.

For the past 8 years, he has been Managing Partner for REINFORCE CONSULTING advising large and medium companies with respect to Management and Human Resources in change processes due to special situations (Feasibility and restructuring plans, Restructuring and cost reduction, Take Over, Startups, Mergers and Acquisitions, Group or activity segregation).
