Jesús holds a degree in Law, a Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession, and a Master’s in Advanced Specialization in Regulated Economic Sectors from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM).

As a lawyer, Jesús has focused his practice on public law, covering areas such as administrative law, constitutional law, urban planning, public procurement, and regulated sectors. His experience also extends to private and commercial law, enabling him to provide comprehensive and specialized advice to his clients
