A specialist in Corporate Law, Bruno Masoliver has broad experience of advising both spanish and multinational companies, with a particular focus on the distribution and franchising sectors.

PhD in Corporate Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM). Master’s Degree in Business Law from IE Business School, Madrid. Master’s Degree in International Negotiation and Litigation from Rey Juan Carlos University. Degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM).

Currently Associate Professor of Corporate Law at Rey Juan Carlos University (Madrid), he has been Associate Professor of Corporate Law at Francisco de Vitoria University.

He has contributed to a number of legal reference works and articles. His most recent published work can be found in “La Franquicia (Duo)” (Aranzadi) and “Entorno organizativo del despacho” (Dykinson).
