Law Graduate by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Masters in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations by IE Business School, he has been working for more than 25 years in the labor law field in industrial and technological environments.

As a Human Resources and Corporate Tax-labor Advisory Manager, he has conducted several labor negotiations and national and business collective agreements, having negotiated several Layoff Plans both for termination, interruption and reduction of their workdays. He has also performed disciplinary and objective termination processes, as well as many staff restructuring and adaptation processes, modification of labor conditions, etc.
